A story about a little boy who goes to see the newborn king in Bethlehem. The wise men bring expensive and grand presents of scents and gold, but the little boy has nothing but his drum. The gift he gives the Baby is his music and his heart.
The Little Drummer Boy is my absolute favorite carol, and I really wanted to try and do it justice. Anime is a completely alien art form to me, so I admit it's certainly not professional quality...and it took me probably three times as long as it would take someone who does anime all the time...but all things considered, I am pleased with how the picture came out. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
