The Human Factor 1

Yep...another WALL-E humans pic. This time I tried to get EVE, who's my favorite along with M-O...she's a really tough one to envision. With these human versions, I try to embody their physical and personality traits both...so here's the explanation.

WALL-E and EVE I see as being very childlike...even as much butt as EVE kicks. So I see her being a sort of "don't mess with me" girl with an itchy trigger finger. Very protective of WALL-E, behind her. I gave her a helmet that's a nod (no pun intended) to her head shape in robot form.

WALL-E being indignant that Auto's being so threatening, and peering out from around EVE. He's cute and chilidlike.

Auto is tall, intimidating, and cold...just like his robot self. (Well except for the "tall" part." I tried putting a captain's hat on him, but it didn't work. Auto KNOWS he's in charge. (or thinks he is.) He doesn't need niceties like hats, or even a name on his jumpsuit. He's just efficient and functional.

GO-4, on the other hand, is a complete toady. He's an adult, but about the same height as the younger characters, and he's got a Napoleon complex. He wears a big, tall hat, and has big shoulders on his suit...a nod to the shape of his robot self. And he's a total boot-licker...has the sane haircut (beneath the hat) and pose as Auto...but he's not as disciplined. I see him being like the kind of security guard no one wants to have to deal with.

M-O was really tough...his face ended up looking vaguely Asian, and it worked well. What was important was his facial expression and body language. He's little and cute, and sort of got bored, so decided to clean himself.

I don't see him as a germophobe, really...just very dedicated to his task. his task is to clean, so when he can't, it annoys the heck out of him. Later in the movie, even as he's cleaning WALL-E, M-O himself is filthy by that point but doesn't seem to mind much.

So...I have no clue why they're all posing in the captain's quarters...or maybe the bridge...but they are. And they're not really getting along.

Edit: Fixed some problems with GO-4's and Auto's arms...they look better now! Not perfect, but a lot better.

And just a note, EVE's arms and GO-4's shoulders are the way they are on purpose, alluding to their robot characteristics.
