The Fifth Doctor

So I wanted to draw something adorable.  Like kittens.  I also wanted to draw Doctor Who.  The fifth doctor works.  c:  Where are they?  no clue--some planet with green skies and blue grass.

I love that poor, scraggly runt of the litter clinging to his head for dear life.
