This is yet another illustration from some of my cousin's Ronin Warriors fanfiction. The lands are tearing themselves apart, and Kento and Ryo had to stay behind while others escaped, because they thought they could just use all the earth and fire around them to recharge. (They thought wrong.) Rowen flies in to get them out.

I was fairly pleased with this one. it didn't come out quite like I had hoped, but it still ended up looking good. I couldn't get Ryo quite right, which annoyed me...he's a bit tough to draw sometimes.

Edit: I took some of *minion-for-hire's suggestions and did a few minor changes. I cleaned up Rowen's hands a bit, and Kento's fist. I also made Kento's head bigger. Looks better now. Thanks :D

(GRR this won't upload right, now! Hopefully this time it shall.)

Pretty good colours, although I think some of the proportions are a little off. The heads are all a touch small, while the hands, I think are a touch large. Not much, but enough to be off-putting to a viewer. Also, these look like child characters, which would push the head-to-body proportions up, rather than down.

Hm I hadn't noticed the heads...looking at them they seem about right to me...but my perception could be off. As for the hands, you're probably right; I tend to make large hands for some reason. An overcompensation from when I used to make them way too small, I guess! Hm, Kento's head does look a bit small. I should actually be able to fix that easily enough. They're teenagers, not children...so their proportions are gonna be about normal for adults. I think they're 15 or so. Thanks again. : )

Many thanks! : ) Drawing shoes is a pain in the you-know-where, but when it's done halfway decently it looks pretty cool. :D

::laughs:: Works for me! Squids are pretty cool. Like ow they recently discovered that Colossal Squid. That was neat. Bigger than giant squids. I'd like to see one someday.
